CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Home Weekly

We are hiring professional CDL-A drivers for a high-paying regional opportunity based out of the Matthews/Charlotte, NC area. This is a physically active account involving store deliveries and driver unload using rolling carts. It’s best suited for those who enjoy being on the move, staying consistent, and earning strong weekly pay while being home on weekends.

Position Highlights:

Regional route across NC, SC, and GA
Assigned single sleeper trucks (take home if en route or park at Charlotte terminal)
Weekly home time for a 34-hour reset (Friday evenings expected, but not guaranteed)
Workweek: Monday–Friday with occasional weekends, especially during holiday weeks
Drivers expected to handle rolling carts and some hand unloading (pallet jack provided)
All trailers equipped with liftgates
Compensation & Pay Structure:

Mileage Pay: $0.52 CPM
Average Weekly Miles: 1,250
Average Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,400
Top 10% Weekly Pay: Up to $1,700
Stop Pay: $32 per stop (avg. 15+ stops per week)
Trailer Unload Pay: $112 per trailer (3–4 trailers/week; up to 5 possible)
Training Pay: $200/day
Holiday Pay based on 52-week average (must be available to work holidays except Christmas)
Driver Perks & Requirements:

Rider program allowed (rider must remain in the truck during deliveries)
Pet policy allowed (must be able to handle in-and-out-of-truck unloading)
Clean MVR and safety record required
No recent history of SAP, DUI, or DWI
Qualifications:

Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 6 months recent experience preferred
Must be comfortable with 100% unload using rollers and moving freight manually
Punctuality and physical capability are essential for this account
